West Mercia Search & Rescue are a charity comprised entirely of volunteers who assist the emergency services with specialist rescue operations and searching for vulnerable persons. They do excellent work but on a very limited budget. I've recently had the honour of training the WMSAR staff, but have decided to do more to assist them by doing a 30 day 30 sit-up challenge starting August 1st 2016.
