Nature's Rights (previously Rights of Nature Europe) is a young international non-profit organisation working to transform the system by establishing rights of nature in law and policy - and changing our inner and outer relationship with nature. Among its innovations is a Draft EU Directive to codify nature's rights into European law. These rights form a powerful counterbalance to corporate rights and a viable alternative to the financialisation of nature.
