I am running the Birmingham Marathon on the 15th October to raise money for work supporting young people with mental health issues. Young People First run a project called Sharp Minds which can support up to 80 vulnerable young people across Warwickshire. They create safe spaces for young people who are socially isolated due to mental health issues as well as provide one-to-one mentoring to each young person.
