Hi guys. I'm planning on doing a 10k run in Manchester on Sunday for Manchester Mind. Manchester Mind offer to help and support those with mental health issues offering them valuable support and give them a place to go where they can discuss their problems in a safe and comfortable environment. 1 in 4 people suffer from mental health issues and I really feel that it is very important to try and challenge the stigma and help to educate people and the importance of mental health.
