We are a local charity, working to promote the psychological and social well-being of local people with mental health problems. We challenge the stigma and isolation they face, and provide person centred services. We offer psychological and social well-being activities, counselling, advocacy, advice on benefits, education information on mental health, café facilities, personal development courses.
