Have you ever felt stressed or depressed? You're not alone. 1 in 4 adults are affected by mental health problems in the UK, so either directly or indirectly mental health touches the lives of everyone. Middlesbrough Mind was created in 1995 by members of the community and is now a leading mental health charity. We work to reduce stigma and to help people suffering with mental health problems. We offer a range of services from Listening Support for individuals to Carer support for friends and family.
