This year I'm volunteering at the Birmingham Christmas Shelter. As well as providing thousands of meals to those in need they also provide facilities like showers, hairdressers, dentists and a safe place to spend the day and to sleep. It costs 25,000 to run the shelter and they depend entirely on donations and volunteers. With one of the highest rates of homelessness in the country this is a resource that is desperately needed and in desperate need of funding. Please give anything you can to support this brilliant cause! We all deserve to have a happy Christmas.
