Myself and some of the coaches form Meir ABC will running in the Brooks " HELL UP NORTH " run this October around Delamere Forest in cheshire. This is a 13.5 mile obstacle course over tough terrain. We are doing this to raise as much money possible to buy new equipment for the club.
