An enabling organisation, providing medicines and medical equipment so that doctors and nurses can carry out the work that they are qualified and eager to do. It has been doing this since 1965. The emphasis is on support for grass-roots, primary health care projects, generally in response to specific requests. But our special projects are helping the blind to see and helping the deaf to hear. By restoring lost faculties, we aim to restore self-reliance and independence
