Story

Monday’s Child UK is a charitable organisation that works with and supports vulnerable children and young people, many of whom have experienced difficulties as a result of financial hardship, family breakdown, neglect and abuse. Our aim is to effect social change and interrupt the destructive cycle that so many children and young adults find themselves in. We use Creative Arts as the vehicle to achieve this by broadening their skills and introducing other concepts of engagement and interest they may otherwise not have access to, in an environment that promotes stability and security. We then procure third party sponsorship and apprenticeship placements giving our kids a great sense of achievement and developing their self- belief. This in turn provides them with hope for their future and the impetus to change their lives.
