Historia

MCAI (Maternal and Childhealth Advocacy International) is an international maternal and child healthcare charity dedicated to saving the lives of pregnant women, children and babies in countries where there is poor healthcare. Our volunteer senior doctors, midwives and nurses work with, support and train local health workers. We advocate for better healthcare in hospitals and the community, integrating their work to improve and achieve sustainable healthcare. 1 in 26 women die during childbirth in Africa.
