Whilst reading a Wikipedia article about David Goggins one evening, I wondered whether I too was capable of using my legs to take me somewhere other than home or to a pub (I've never run at all). The next day I was asked by a friend whether I wanted to run a half marathon. In a moment of panic mixed with curiosity from the previous night's reading, I signed up to run the Richmond Half Marathon. I will be running to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. Any donation large or small will be greatly received. Thank you!
