Hi My name is Ayley Hirsch i am doing a fundraising walk in memory of my auntie maxi she wasn’t just my auntie she was like a sister to me as we grew up together. maxi was only 28 years old and on the 23rd of December 2023 maxi took her own life this has been a heartbreaking and painful time for myself and my family . Maxi was a beautiful happy outgoing amazing young women and we still don’t understand why and we probably never will. the money that i raise will go to a local charity called Reach Across in Arboath who supports familys and friends who have lost a loved one to suicide. They are an amazing charity and a wonderful group. This walk will take place on the 25th of August 2024 at east haven beach at 10 am to arbroath this will be a big challenge for myself as i have a cerebral palsy and walking a distances can be challenging for me but i am determined to this for my auntie and to raise awareness and support for other families who have been threw or are going threw the same . i am raising this money for reach across who do an amazing job at helping families in there time of need if you would like to donate i would be extremely grateful but if you would also like to join me on my walk please come along on the 25th of August i am hoping to reach my target of £1000.
