Matt and Monika are walking the 8 mile route of the Nidderdale Walk on 14 May 2023 to raise money for Open Country, an amazing charity helping disabled people in Yorkshire access the countryside. This is a "walk in the countryside" for Matt but definitely a challenge for Monika! Getting out into nature is so good for our well-being and it is important that everyone has access. Open Country also offer socialisation and friendship and are a real lifeline for some of their members.
