Story
Hi, I'm Matt, Play2Give's Community Officer. I'm aiming to raise £650 for Play2Give, which Play2Give will then divide equally between Oxford Children's Hospital and the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. If I raise the full £650, I'll completely shave off all of my hair. If I raise £325, I'll dye my hair completely grey! My two causes do tremendous work. The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the UK's only charity dedicated to helping everyone affected by the disease. We'll specify that any money raised is used for medical research in the hopes of better treating lung cancer patients in the future. Oxford Children's Hospital, which Play2Give has long supported, does amazing work caring for poorly children and young people. The money raised will go towards improving the quality of care that they can provide. We've chosen the £650 figure because we're fundraising in honour of my late mother, Angela, who died from complications from lung cancer at the age of 65. She was a passionate supporter and volunteer for Play2Give, especially its work at Oxford Children's Hospital. Please give whatever you can for these amazing causes. Whether it is a £1 or £100, it all makes a tremendous difference. Your generosity is much appreciated.
