I'm a cyclist living in Manor Park, London Borough of Newham and want to raise money for CardiomyopathyUK (formerly Cardiomyopathy Association), a charity providing information and support to families affected by the heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy. My partner has Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and the charity has provided excellent reassurance through its regular newsletter and research updates.
