I would like to dedicate this Hastings Half Marathon run on Sunday 24th March 2024 to anyone who has been affected by cancer.

I have decided to run for charities that are close to my heart. I would be grateful for your sponsorship; your generous support will go towards my chosen charities:

Maya Outreach - To continue to support Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital and Nepal Cancer Relief Society:

1. Provide colostomy bags/medical equipment to enable the team to continue weekly Outpatient Clinic Service.

2. Carry out Free Health Promotion/Prevention Camps.

Michael Sobell Hospice charity (Borough of Hillingdon)- A place of hope and support for local people with a serious or terminal illness, and those close to them.
