On the weekend of the 26th of April 2015 at Hartham Common in Hertford at 12.15pm, Luke Turner & Nick Stockwell will run the 5k Warrior Adrenaline Race (WAR). We want to raise as much money as possible for Alzheimer's Society! Luke Turner I am attempting a 5 kilometre run in the mud & water for a charity very close to my heart. I want to do this endurance race to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society as my dad unfortunately passed away last year after battling Alzheimer's for 7 years (the day of the race would have been my dads 60th birthday), so please donate it is for a very good cause! What is Warrior Adrenaline Race (WAR) ? War is an endurance event series in which participants attempt 510km) military-style obstacle courses. Designed to provide a unique, challenging but fun obstacle course race, tough enough for serious racers but not to daunting for those who are new to such events, The obstacles and course are designed to challenge the fittest athletes to their limits. There are plenty of obstacles for you to tackle along the way from the giant steps and the zip line to the tunnels and water obstacles, with plenty of other climbing and sliding obstacles scattered along the hilly, muddy route.
