To celebrate my 70th birthday I will be doing a sponsored walk along the prom in Aberystwyth. In lieu of any presents for this occasion I would be grateful if you would sponsor me and support the work of HAHAV - Hospice at Home Aberystwyth Volunteers. HAHAV provides practical, social and emotional help, via its volunteer sitters, to those who have advanced incurable and progressive illness and their carers. It is also committed to raising community awareness regarding all aspects of end of life care. Money raised for HAHAV is used to support the essential training, travel expenses, insurance and police checks for each volunteer sitter. When my mother reached the end of her 90 year life I became aware of the need for a service such as that now offered by HAHAV. So... please sponsor me. Diolch Lucy
