LUCIA is a registered charity that improves the lives of people living in troubled areas of Africa through projects encouraging long-term growth, education, employment and development. LUCIA believes that the key to positive change is to help the people, particularly women, to make the best use of limited resources, and to develop the talents and opportunities in their communities. In turn, this reduces reliance on international aid.
