On Friday 6th March my friend Lisa and I spent the night sleeping out in the open in Alice Park in Bath, in common with 158 other Sleepers, to raise funds and awareness for Julian House and the cause of homelessness. Thankfully the weather was kind, and multiple warm layers kept me cosy, though the bed was rather hard! I was lucky to be able to go home in the morning to a soft bed, and a warm welcome. The people I aim to help don't have that option, and no-one will cheer them for "braving" a cold night sleeping rough. A huge heartfelt thank you to all my sponsors for their generous support for this great cause. Including sponsorship given to myself personally my target has been exceeded by more than one hundred pounts!
