Hi everyone, my name is Letafet, and I am almost 9 years old. In September 2023, my family life was turned upside down when we found out that my mummy was diagnosed with breast cancer. I really wanted to help her in some way, but I didn’t know what to do. In November, I was watching Children in Need, and heard that there are a lot of children around the world who also have cancer, and because of the treatment that they have to go through, they unfortunately lose their hair. That is when I was inspired to cut my very long hair and donate it to the Little Princess Trust. I would like to raise at least £600.00 for the Little Princess Trust – did you know that it costs around £550.00 to make one wig for a child or young person experiencing hair loss? Please give whatever you can afford to help me raise the funds for this amazing charity. It would mean a lot to so many children, and would also mean a lot to me and my family too.
