Mind is a charity that is very close to my heart and for this reason I am aiming to raise as much as I can. I ran the Great North Run for Mind however I did not set up a fundraiser page at the time (I'm rubbish I know). Anyway this time I am running the Leeds Abbey Dash on 5th November and I am determined to raise some money to help those suffering with their own mental health battles. I have received so much help and support in the past and I'm pretty sure a lot of others have. The money raised will go to Redcar & Cleveland Mind (I wanted it to go into the local area).
