We're playing emotional/moving songs in support of metal heath and World Mental Health Day. Starting with the Top 10 Songs of the Week. Followed by a game that relates to mental health. They also offer a lot of advice on how to cope with mental illness, have many workshops, cool merch to show support, volunteering opportunities, an opportunity to share your story and much more!
