THROUGH THE AVENUE CLUB WE AIM TO COMBAT SOCIAL ISOLATION AND HELP MAINTAIN PEOPLES ABILITY FOR INDEPENDANT LIVING BY PROVIDING ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE CLASSES FOR OLDER MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. WE ALSO PROVIDE SUBSIDISED COOKED LUNCHES
