When Barks asked on Twitter for volunteers to run on behalf of the foundation, it was too good an opportunity to turn down. If a professional footballer can be motivated enough to donate time, effort and money establishing an entire charity then I can find it in me to run a few miles and ask you for some cash to help him! The Shaun Barker Foundation was setup to help support an array of people, in tough situations through Sports in the Community, Arts and Culture and Social Care.
