Kate is having her most active year ever! Sponsor her as she takes on CARDIFF TRIATHLON in June 2016. During her training she will be taking on a number of endurance events to build up her running, swimming and cycling, including the IAFF Cardiff Half Marathon, The London Marathon, the Velothon Wales and some of South Wales' toughest obstacle races as part of the 'Mwd Runners' team. Her 'warm up' events will include: - The 'Fan Dance' Penyfan Special Forces Experience Completed! 14/1/16 First to cross the line! - The INVNCBL triad of obstacle course races - The IAFF 2016 World Half Marathon, Cardiff - Velothon Wales 2016 - The Virgin Money London Marathon Then come support her for the main event: - The 2016 Cardiff Triathlon And the 'cool down' celebrations: - The 'Dirty Dozen' Obstacle Race with husband Simon and sons (one cub scout, one beaver scout) - The season will culminate with our Chief Scout's own Bear Grylls Survival Race in October! All sponsorship will go to 2nd Llandaff Scout Group who are fighting to save their home and continue to bring much needed fun and adventure to young people in Llandaff North and the Gabalfa estate in Cardiff.
