Kashmir International Relief Fund (KIRF) is the largest NGO in Kashmir. As a registered UK charity, KIRF has been at the forefront of providing humanitarian relief, welfare and development to the people of Kashmir since 1992. KIRF has a long understanding and capability to deal with the human tragedy resulting from natural or political disasters.
