Jubilee House Care Trust provides a diverse range of quality care services for adults and children with learning disabilities in Hertfordshire and North London, including residential, supported living and short break care for adults, and short break care and outreach services for children. This year, to celebrate its 35 year anniversary, Jubilee House aims to raise _35,000 to improve further the lives of people with learning disabilities and their families.
