Historia

Our Vision is of a world where there are no barriers to communication & understanding between Deaf & hearing people. Through our day centre, social & cultural activities, Jewish Deaf/Deafblind people receive the care & support they need to lead full, independent lives & that the Jewish Deaf/Deafblind community has access to information and outside services, placing them on an equal footing with hearing people. The JDA aims to alleviate isolation, promotes good health, stimulation and wellbeing.
