Current update 'No phone coverage here so email only. Had a lovely day with sun and no wind plus a route which included river and mixed woods. Am now at the achness hotel which is geared towards fishing but they seem very friendly and let me check in early so I could go and visit the acchness falls. Picture included. Off into the wilds again tomorrow so may be a communication gap for a while again. Seen butterflies and lots of cuckoos, primroses,& wood anemones. Heard larks & willow warblers every day so far.'
