Mental well-being is important for all of us and few people haven't been touched by issues whether personal or via family and friends. I'm very pleased (and possibly a little under-prepared...!) to be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 9th October to raise money for Lambeth & Southwark Mind - a charity I greatly admire.
