Hi. My name is Jade and I'm raising money for Lifeblood: The Thrombosis Charity. Please support me in my effort to raise as much money as possible for such a great Charity. In July 2014, my Grandma passed away shortly and suddenly after being told that she had blood clots. Before any of this happened, I never knew that blood clots had taken so many lives, and is still doing so now. I want to fund-raise for this charity so that more people are made aware of this illness, and so that there can be ways of helping reduce the amount of people who pass away from blood clots. I will be taking part in the "No Walk In The Park" event taking place in Chesterfield on Saturday 1st August which is a distance of 5K to try and raise money for a worthy cause. If you can help in any way, whether that is by donating here, or donating in person, you are helping out a Charity that needs these donations.
