Independents Day 08 is a global campaign that aims to raise the profile of the independent music sector and simultaneously raise funds for charity. The campaign leads up to the release of an exclusive album featuring some of the UK s most successful independent artists on the 4th July and the culmination of a global auction on the same day. All funds raised will be divided equally between C.A.L.M (Campaign Against Living Miserably) and the MBF (Musicians Benevolent Fund.)
