Maxs trust is a small charity for children who are born with a condition that is rare called anorectal malformation. Its not very known but also along side children with this condition lies alot of other internal health problems. Back in 2011 ruby was born with Anorectal Malformation and there was very little support only through health professionals and their knowledge. It was a very hard time for Ruby's Parents, when ruby was born as she was very poorly and was rushed to John Radcliffe hospital where she had 3 surgeries to correct it. She had a stoma bag for 2 year of her life along side a catheter. She has alot of health problems and has also been diagnosed with a condition called lymphedema which is rare in children. We found out last month that this condition has now spread from not only her ankles but to her knee and hip this was a very upsetting time for us when we were told it had spread. So with this all being said we are a strong believer for this charity and to not only support us as a family but to raise awareness to others and try and support them too.
