Historia

Horizons is a registered children s sailing charity, whose aims are to help disabled and disadvantaged children from the inner city areas of Plymouth. Our activities are designed to provide learning and educational opportunities by increasing self-confidence, improving social and practical skills whilst developing their awareness of the local environment, through the experience of water based activities that would normally be beyond their means.
