Throughout January 2019 I will be helping to celebrate 130 years of SCM's life changing work with students by doing my own version of a triathlon - swimming 1.3 miles, running 13 miles and cycling 115.7 miles. For context, I haven't swum or run anywhere for a very long time, and the most cycling I do is along the canal to work and back.
