Our charity offers telephone, group and email support to mums who have postnatal depression. Also, we have a team of dads who provide telephone support to dads coping with the illness. The charity is run by mums who have all been ill and recovered and now use their life experience to support others. Postnatal Illness is known as 'the silent epidemic' we are determined to break that silence in Hertfordshire.
