Story

To give the opportunity to patients with life-limiting illness, who wish to remain at home for as long as possible, the choice to do so by providing dedicated palliative care workers and trained volunteers, who provide support for them and their carers. Services include sitting, driving, befriending and aromatherapy in the home, all provided free of charge to patients referred by their GP, Macmillan Nurse or Specialist Nurse.
