The Mancunian Way charity is a decade old on 1th December 2021. It was set up after the Manchester riots to stop young people making the same mistakes. This last 2 years has been difficult for the charity with Covid and the lack of fundraising opportunities. We have lost out on approx £100K. This is a lot of money for a small charity. To celebrate our birthday, please make a donation so we can continue our work on the streets across Greater Manchester. We are not a pink and fluffy charity. We hold kids to account and try to make them see a better life if they accept personal responsibility, work hard, and make positive choices. We have dragged many kids out of a life of crime, stopped some from being groomed into gangs, and stopped over a dozen children being raped and abused. It is hard work. Sometimes staff need counselling. Help us do what real youth work should do - change lives!
