Hello everyone! George and Jack are running the Birmingham International Marathon for Edlumino Education Aid and the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR). Refugees are one of the most vulnerable groups of people in the world and we are currently seeing the highest rates of displacement ever recorded. There are currently 22,500,000 refugees globally, half of whom are under the age of 18 years old. Education provides these children with opportunity. The UNHCR offers critical assistance to keep refugees safe, whilst Edlumino focuses on educating displaced children - working to ensure as many children as possible may benefit from the lifetime of opportunities that education can provide.
