In May 2014 I ran a marathon for Prostate Cancer, in 2015 I'm turning up the pain. The event is Spartan: Beast. This is arguably the most difficult assault course in the UK. Tough Mudder, pah, you can avoid obstacles on that, not on the Beast. Nearly a half-marathon distance combined with jumping through fire, crawling through mud, ice and water. Carrying bags of cement, throwing spears, vaulting walls - you get the idea... It'll be hard! My Dad and Uncle have both been hit by Prostate Cancer, which is why I'm campaigning for this fantastic cause.
