Historia

The Charity continues the work of the former British Heavyweight Boxing Champion, Gary Mason who was tragically killed in a cycling accident in 2011. Gary had discovered the therapeutic benefits of hand drumming and was working within the local community as Rhythmical Empowerment Group, a not for profit organisation. Gary Mason Rhythmical Empowerment Charitable Foundation provides therapy, relaxation and empowerment using hand drums and similar musical instruments bringing benefits to all; improving quality of life through community and individual involvement. The Charity specializes in working with Special Needs and disabled adults and children, those with mental health problems and those who find themselves in need.
