Historia

The Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) was founded in 1995 and has three key aims: to raise awareness of the issues facing the Islands; to raise much needed funds to support the expanding conservation work and to facilitate expertise and resources. We are the only UK charity dedicated to raising funds to ensure a sustainable future for Galapagos and are part of an international network of independent, autonomous organisations working to support this vital conservation.
