Lizzy and Pippa are embarking on the 2017 Forest Warrior to raise money for Forest Pulse. Forest Pulse is a local charity supporting young people with disabilities and their families through a variety of activities ran after school and throughout holidays. Both having volunteered for a length of time and now working with this charity brings this cause close to them, and they hope to be able to contribute, with your help, to this charity to aid their continuous growth. Please donate and support (and laugh at!) Lizzy and Pippa as they say goodbye to their duvets and prepare to army crawl under electric wires, wade through knee high mud, and walk up 'waterfalls' along with many other testing obstacles squeezed into a 10K run!
