We work in partnership with people experiencing homelessness or housing difficulty. We employ a high-tolerance approach offering advice, support, campaigning and capacity building efforts. We believe that everyone should have access to decent, affordable accommodation in an area that suits their economic needs. We treat people with dignity and respect regardless of their position in society, their circumstances or ethnic background in such a way that promotes their self-value, interests and well-being.
