A Community Hydrotherapy Pool at Avalon School Our pupils (who have disabilities and special needs) have raised a magnificent £1.1m for the Hydrotherapy Pool they, and members of our community, need. The pool project began when two pupils, who loved hydrotherapy, passed away very young. They would have loved a pool nearby, and in their memory we’ve worked hard to create one. Our target is now £180,000 to fund the equipment and fittings to make the pool as magical and therapeutic as possible. Hydrotherapy is life-changing for pupils with degenerative conditions, sensory processing disorders, and life-limiting conditions: your help will mean so much to so many young people.
