We are an out of hours emergency blood bike service all run by volunteers to help deliver essential life saving blood, neo-natal breast milk, equipment and medication to those in need across the Bristol, Bath, West Wiltshire and Somerset including two air ambulance bases every night. #itswhatwedo #bloodbikes
