I am taking part in the Fred Whitton challenge on 10th May which is England's hardest 1 day bike ride over 112 miles of very hilly roads around the Lake District. I am raising money for Bradford Disability Football Club as I have seen first hand what great opportunities they give to young disabled people to take part in sport and socialise together. The energy and enthusiasm of everyone involved at the club is inspirational.
