Folkestone and District Mind is an independent charity which provides support, advice and advocacy to anyone resident in the Shepway area, who is experiencing or has experienced mental distress. Our organisation supports the view that without mental health there is no health. We believe that as a part of our work we should offer hope and support for people to recover and live their lives on their own terms.
